Frequently asked questions

Will it break my spreadsheet?

No. MyUS-LINK only reads and writes the cells you map. Your sheet stays yours — the extension never restructures it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Can my assistant (VA) use it?

Yes — share your spreadsheet with them and the extension works on their own MyUS session. Each person signs in with their own Google account and uses their own MyUS-LINK account (the Free plan is a fine place to start); accounts themselves cannot be shared.

What happens if MyUS changes their site?

We run this extension on our own business every day, so breaking changes get noticed — and fixed — fast.
