Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Iwato Labs (a sole proprietorship in Japan doing business as AveniRu STORE — "Iwato Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the website iwato.app and the MyUS-LINK Chrome extension (together, the "Service"). The operator's name and contact details are published on our legal disclosure page (特定商取引法に基づく表記).

The short version: MyUS-LINK is designed so that your spreadsheet data stays inside your own Google account. We do not store, copy, sell, or share the contents of your spreadsheets.

1. Information we access through Google

When you sign in with Google, we request the minimum access needed to run the Service:

  • Your email address — used solely to identify your account and manage your license and plan.
  • Read and write access to Google Sheets you explicitly select — you choose the spreadsheet yourself through the Google Picker. The extension can only access the specific spreadsheet(s) you have selected, not your Google Drive in general. This access is used to display your order data on the MyUS pages and to write your edits back to your sheet.

2. What we never do with your Google data

  • We do not store or copy the contents of your spreadsheets on our servers.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties.
  • We do not use your Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read your data, except with your explicit consent for support, where required for security purposes, or where required by law.

The extension communicates with the Google Sheets API directly from your browser. Your spreadsheet contents travel between your browser and Google — they never pass through or rest on Iwato Labs servers.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Iwato Labs' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data we do store

To operate your account and license, we store a minimal set of data on our systems:

  • Your email address (account identification)
  • Your subscription plan and its status
  • A usage counter of tracking numbers processed in the current billing period (a number only — never the tracking numbers themselves or any spreadsheet contents)

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our systems. See the Stripe Privacy Policy for details.

5. MyUS page data

The MyUS-LINK extension runs only on myus.com pages. It reads the package information visible on the page you are viewing (such as tracking numbers and package details) in order to match it against your selected spreadsheet — entirely within your browser. This page data is not transmitted to Iwato Labs or to any third party.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain the account data described in Section 4 for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@iwato.app. We will delete your data without undue delay. Because we never store your spreadsheet contents, there is nothing of your spreadsheets to delete on our side — revoking the extension's access in your Google account permissions immediately cuts off all access.

7. Cookies and analytics

We currently do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on iwato.app or in the extension. If we introduce access analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and describe what is collected.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on iwato.app or by email.
