Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website iwato.app and the MyUS-LINK Chrome extension (together, the "Service"), operated by Iwato Labs (a sole proprietorship in Japan doing business as AveniRu STORE — "Iwato Labs", "we", "us"; the operator's name and contact details are published on our legal disclosure page (特定商取引法に基づく表記)). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

MyUS-LINK is a Chrome extension that overlays data from a Google Spreadsheet you select onto the MyUS (myus.com) management pages, and writes your edits back to that spreadsheet. The Service includes the extension, the iwato.app website, and related account and billing features. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features of the Service over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You need a Google account to use the Service. You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or use the Service under the supervision of someone who is. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account. Changes and cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing period; you keep access to your current plan until then.
  • Because the Service is a digital product delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable as a rule, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
  • We may change plan prices or features with reasonable advance notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Free plan limits and fair use

The Free plan includes a monthly limit on the number of tracking numbers processed, as described on our pricing page. Limits reset each month. You may not circumvent plan limits — for example, by creating multiple accounts, sharing an account, or automating requests to avoid metering. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or degrade it for other users.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make the Service available to third parties as your own offering;
  • use the Service to violate any law, third-party rights, or the terms of Google, MyUS, or Stripe;
  • probe, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure;
  • remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the Service.

6. Third-party services and trademarks

The Service works together with services operated by third parties, including Google (Sheets, OAuth, Picker), MyUS, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

MyUS, Amazon, Google, Chrome, and Stripe are trademarks of their respective owners, which are not affiliated with Iwato Labs. These names are used solely to describe compatibility and interoperability. MyUS-LINK is an independent product and is not an official product of, endorsed by, or sponsored by MyUS, Amazon, Google, or any other third party.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In particular, the extension depends on the structure of the myus.com pages and third-party APIs; changes on MyUS's side may cause the Service to stop working temporarily until we ship an update. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data displayed or written is accurate — you remain responsible for verifying your own order data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iwato Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Iwato Labs for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6 through 10) survive.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court in Japan as the court of first instance.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and announce material changes on iwato.app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
